SHIPPING/RETURNS

SHIPPING 
With us being based in Manchester, all of our orders are hand packed and shipped in the UK using Royal Mail First Class services, regardless of you living in the UK, Europe or anywhere else in the world. 

To get your order to you as safely and as fast as possible, we price our shipping based on the size, weight, required packing materials and your postal location. 

Orders based in the UK are packed and posted within 7 working days (excluding weekends) from the original order date and are expected to be with you within 1-2 days after posting. Although, some delays can happen once we've handed over to the Royal Mail, but we don't expect you to be waiting too long. 

We offer First Class and First Class signed for services on all UK orders.
Free delivery is available for all UK orders over £60.

Orders from outside of the UK are packed and posted within the same time frame as UK orders, however, they are expected to be with you within 7-10 days after being processed by Royal Mail. Although, some delays can happen once we've handed over to the Royal Mail, but we don't expect you to be waiting too long. 

If you receive your order with any damage, items missing, please provide photographic evidence via email along with your order number. This should be AV#*****

RETURNS 
With us only being a small business, we cannot accept returns unless the product has arrived to you damaged (however, we do check all items prior to packing and if we aren't happy with the quality at this stage, we swap it for another). Please see below section in regards to damages.

*All of our products are tested by ourselves or the manufacturer, if the product isn't something we create in house (this mainly covers clothing), to ensure a high standard of quality. We only want you to have the best from us! 

In the event of you ordering items in the wrong size, we can offer a replacement on the following conditions: 
- Clothing must unused, unopened and remain in the original packaging 
- No damage caused to items after delivery 
- Items should be in a condition, which allows us to resell 

Please note: 
*if there is no item in stock to change to. We will exchange for store credit or refund the cost to your original payment method. 
*we do not cover the cost of shipping for size changes. You will need to ship back the item at your own cost including the shipping fee for the new item. 

To discuss a return with us, please email us with your original order number at: hello@autovizions.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. 

DAMAGES
We do our best to ensure our products leave us in perfect condition. Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery(online orders)/date of purchase(show purchases) to resolve any issues.

For stickers, whether this be purchased online or at a show, Autovizions can not be held responsible for any damage to the sticker once the backing paper has been removed. This also applies to sunstrips.

For clothing, whether this be purchased online or at a show, all issues must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery(online orders)/date of purchase(show purchase).

If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately can not refund/replace your order.
